Jobpartners, a European leader of solutions dedicated to the talent management market, today announced that it has been listed in The Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100 for the third year running.

“It is a great achievement to be listed in the Tech Track 100 for a third consecutive year,” commented Xavier Marchioni, CEO of Jobpartners. “This is recognition of another successful year where we have attracted new customers and continued to develop new innovative solutions. Talent management is playing an increasingly important role in many businesses, as they look to best utilise the skills across their workforce and retain their best staff.  With this in mind I am fully confident that Jobpartners will continue to have successful relations with existing and new customers in the future.”

The Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100 is now in its eighth year and ranks Britain’s 100 fastest growing private technology companies according to the sales growth over a two-year period. In order to qualify companies need to be unquoted, independent and registered in Britain. The league table adopts the London Stock Exchange’s techMARK definition of what constitutes a technology company.

Jobpartners, is the leader in its market and develops innovative solutions designed to support talent management strategies and processes. This includes recruitment, internal mobility, performance management, package review, executives and key people management, succession planning and career development. Clients include Superdrug, Xerox, Nike, 3, Rabobank and Carrefour.

Recognising the growth in social networking, Jobpartners this year launched an innovative corporate social networking tool called ActiveNetworker, to promote employee communication and information sharing within companies. ActiveNetworker aims to stimulate company involvement with a changing talent demographic, helping to create a sense of community among employees, and boost staff engagement. The solution has already been successfully deployed at French mobile operator, SFR, with great results.

Jobpartners also successfully achieved 11 million Euros of funding in its third round since its creation in 2000 demonstrating the investors’ confidence in the high demand for effective talent management solutions.
