The Jordan Formula One team launched a high tech solution last week for
staff suffering stress working in the fast lane.
Jordan has teamed up with health management company Vielife to monitor
employees’ wellbeing, using an online service that checks four key areas:
sleep, fitness, nutrition and stress.
A spokeswoman for Jordan said employee data is being collected for all 250
staff and presented to management like a profit and loss sheet.
She said the results would help Jordan see when employees are overworked or
under too much pressure and is convinced the system, monitoring all employees,
will maximise performance.
"It’s a whole new area that I think a lot of companies should look
at," she said.
