Joslin Rowe wins National Training Award

by Personnel Today 22 Oct 2008
by Personnel Today 22 Oct 2008

Joslin Rowe, the financial services recruitment specialist, has received not just one, but two prestigious awards for the quality of its in-house training department, headed up by trainer Barum Jeffries.

The Regional Training Award for Greater London and  National Training-Medium Employer Awards were presented after a lengthy audit process by the NTA judges, who spent a day at Joslin Rowe interviewing the firm’s consultants and managing directors.  The judging panel was particularly impressed with the way Joslin Rowe’s training courses had adapted rapidly to the demands of the credit crunch and an employer driven market, supporting the consultants within the firm. Joslin Rowe’s induction programme also received a special mention.

Tara Ricks, managing director of Joslin Rowe, said: “We’re thrilled that Joslin Rowe’s investment in training has been recognised in this way, especially in a very competitive field of finalists which included Credit Suisse, ITV and the London Metropolitan Police force. It’s also a real testimony to  Barum’s drive and commitment to our training.”
