E-Learn Consult is a provider of consultancy, courseware and tools. E-Learn Consult is a reseller of e-learning tools including Articulate and Raptivity. E-Learn Consult’s clients include China Pingan, Huawei and SinoPEC.

From today, E-Learn Consult will now become Kineo China and offer the full range of Kineo e-learning services in China. The deal was confirmed with a signing ceremony in Guangzhou, China.

Deland Lin, former CEO and founder of E-Learn Consult becomes CEO of Kineo China. Deland was formerly senior sales director of Oracle China and Microsoft China where he worked for 7 years. He has been working with many global enterprises, including GE, YUM, General Motors, Volkswagen, Best Buy, Amway, Sodexo, Sony, FedEx, Starbucks, Volvo, and many others.

Deland commented: “This is a really exciting opportunity for us to grow and expand the range of e-learning services we can offer our clients here in China. Both companies have a passion for learning, innovation and customer service.”

“The combination of the two companies provides us with the capacity and experience to expand the range of services to our clients. The global nature of the Kineo Group means we can support global enterprises operating in China and local Chinese companies expanding overseas.”
