Learning Technologies success for Kineo

by Personnel Today 5 Feb 2010
by Personnel Today 5 Feb 2010

The 2010 Learning Technologies conference and exhibition proved to be a major success for Kineo. The Learning Technologies event drew more exhibitors and visitors than ever before, highlighting the growing confidence of the e-learning industry. An independent event survey asked visitors which company they had the best conversations with and we are proud that Kineo topped the poll of the 130 exhibitors.

The Kineo Stand at Learning Technologies

Kineo led a number of seminars at Learning Technologies including case studies on performance management from Marks & Spencer and EMI; and Kineo’s latest work with Nikon on sales and product knowledge.

Now Communications ran a survey of attendees at the event. They asked a number of questions including:

When you planned your visit, which company was on top of your must see list before visiting the show today?

The top five most popular answers were:

1. Adobe     2. Kineo    3 Cisco Webex     = 4 Edvantage     =4 LearnDirect

In terms of customer / supplier engagement, which company do you think you had the most profitable conversation with?

The top five most popular answers were:

1. Kineo    2. Skillsoft    3. Brightwave    4. Cornerstone on Demand    5. LearnDirect

Of all the literature you’ve come away with today, what do you think you’ll be reading on the Tube home?

The top five most popular answers were:

1. E.learning Age    2. Inside Learning Technologies    3. Personnel Today    4. LearnDirect material    5 Kineo material

Steve Rayson, Kineo’s Managing Partner commented:

“We really enjoyed sharing our ideas at Learning Technologies and meeting friends old and new. It was fun to demonstrate our latest work with Moodle LMS and to showcase some our latest e-learning design approaches with clients from Timberland and HSBC to the Ministry of Justice and BP. It was a great show and the high attendance showed that people are taking Moodle and e-learning seriously in these challenging times. We would like to thank all of those people that came to see us and we will be getting back to all the people that requested further demonstrations and meetings as soon as we can.”
