Just Eat, the online food delivery service, has announced the appointment of Lisa Hillier as its chief people officer.
The position will entail leading all HR activities, such as managing performance, recruitment, training and development.
Hillier said: “I am excited to be appointed as the Chief People Officer at Just Eat. I believe that as well as joining a successful, high-growth digital business, I am joining a team which truly cares about their people and is passionate about creating an exciting, dynamic and fun place to work.”
With more than 20 years’ experience in HR management, Hillier’s most recent role was group HR director at Betfair, where she oversaw all aspects of human resource management globally. Previously, she was head of HR at Ofcom.

Commenting on her appointment, Just Eat’s CEO David Buttress said: “Lisa will be a key leader within the executive team and wider Just Eat business.
