How long?
The course is taught on a part-time basis, normally one half day per week, over the course of three years. It can also be taken full-time over a 15 month period.
Entry requirments
Applicants will need to have a UK degree or equivalent, or an HND, or a professional qualification plus several years’ relevant experience at an appropriate level.
Modules
organisational behaviour, the organisational environment. contemporary management and managing information and finance. Stage 2 units include core/strategic human resource management, HR practice and issues comparative employment studies, and issues in learning and development. The MAHRM is awarded on the successful completion of a research dissertation.

The MA Human Resource Management (Professional) programme will suit both new entrants into the HR profession, as well as those with experience. It can also help managers from a general background wanting to specialise in HR
