How long?
The programme is delivered as a two-year part-time block release, comprising taught modules at postgraduate certificate and diploma level, followed by a dissertation in the masters phase. Students attend the business school in four-day block sessions at regular intervals during the two years.
Entry qualifications
Applicants will need a first degree or equivalent business professional qualification, or at least two years in a management role with in-house management education or development.
Modules
Core modules in the Certificate and Diploma phases include: organisational analysis and change, organisational learning, leading people, leading change, strategic leadership, and intervention: theory and practice. Students will also study an elective from a range including: marketing and customer management, running a business, project management, enterprise and creativity, HRM, and organisational learning in the public services.
