Effective performance management is a central part of a manager’s role. When carried out well, it enables organisations to get the best out of their people and achieve business aims.

Available on-demand

In XpertHR’s 60-minute webinar at 2:00pm on Tuesday 4 June, Darren Newman, an employment lawyer with more than 20 years’ experience, will help employers realise the value of managing poor performance fairly and within the law, and will tackle some common challenges. The webinar will include guidance on:

  • providing negative feedback constructively;
  • identifying and acting on barriers to success; and
  • the process to follow when feedback does not work.

The webinar includes a Q&A session. Available now.
