Masters in Personnel and Development Top-Up, University of Plymouth

How Long?
The top-up programme starts in the Spring.  Two research modules are taken in one week blocks with the dissertation being kick started with a ‘dissertation workshop’.  The dissertation is due in June of the following year.

Entry Qualifications
Graduate Membership of the CIPD and hold a relevant qualification gained be taking exams which equate to 120M credits.
