The survey, conducted by You Gov and commissioned by telecoms firm T-Mobile, questioned more than 5,000 employees from a range of different industries. The IT sector was found to be the most flexible with 70% of technology organisations actively supporting mobile working. The financial and media sector also came out well.
“Mobile working presents a real opportunity for businesses to enable their employees to work how they want, when they want and where they want, whilst benefiting from increased efficiency and a more agile workforce,” said Phil Chapman, marketing director at T-Mobile UK.
