Philip Smith has joined Barclays Wealth as HR director. He will focus on providing HR advice, assistance and delivery at both a strategic and operational level on a global basis at the company. Smith was previously chief finance officer and global head of HR at Fortis Investments.
Recruitment firm Imprint has appointed Claire Wilkinson as HR director. She joins from financial firm CLS Group, where she was also HR director. Wilkinson is now responsible for managing delivery of the global HR and payroll functions, and building CLS’s working culture.

Louise Mather has joined employment and health and safety specialists First Business Support as HR and training manager. She previously held a number of HR roles at the Guardian Media Group.
