Occupational health in Wales has taken on a national profile with the
establishment of a RCN focus group.
The group wants to increase access to OH for all employees in the country.

Coordinator and contract manager of Phoenix Occupational Healthcare, Linda
Mulqueen said that the new body faces a "very challenging" future.
"In the light of the Government’s 1998 document Better Health, Better
Wales (Our Healthier Nation), and the HSE’s planned 10-year strategy for OH,
there is a lot happening just now … and we may have different cultural,
economic and social issues to face in Wales."
