– The Employers’ Organisation for Local Government (EO) has appointed Rob
Pinkham as executive director. Previously deputy executive director and
director of best practice, Pinkham has played a major role in transforming the
EO into a broad-based people management organisation. His previous roles
include chief personnel officer and deputy director of resources at Barnet
Council.

– Tony Molloy is the new director of HR at Stanley Racing. It has a turnover
in excess of £1bn and employs more than 3,000 staff in 650 locations throughout
the UK. Molloy joined the racing division of Stanley Leisure as HR controller
two years ago from United Biscuits, where he was HR manager of its supply
chain.
– Peter Wilkinson has taken up a new post as head of HR for the Criminal
Cases Review Commission (CCRC), based in Birmingham. The CCRC is an independent
body responsible for investigating suspected miscarriages of criminal justice
in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Wilkinson was previously head of
resourcing and training for Parcelforce Worldwide.
