Reward specialist Mark Hoggart has been recruited by independent financial adviser AWD to head up its HR and reward operations in London and the South. He has more than 20 years’ experience across both public and private sector organisations.
Derek Gemmell-Brown has been promoted to the board of Niche Hotels as HR director. He moves from his previous role as national HR manager for the company.
NHS Employers has appointed Professor Carol Baxter as head of equality and diversity. Most recently, she has been on secondment to the equality and diversity team at the Department of Health from Middlesex University, where she was professor of nursing and head of the Centre for Nursing and Midwifery Research and Development.
