This week’s on the move

Fleet support services company Lex Transfleet has appointed Dave Tams as HR director. He joins
from BAE Systems, one of the company’s long-term customers, where he was HR
director of its aerostructure business.

Colin Devall has been promoted to the role of
personnel director at metal engineering specialist DCM Products. He brings
extensive knowledge of the automotive industry and HR to the position,
including a stint at Rolls Royce.

John Henderson Ltd, owners of the SPAR, VG and VIVO franchises in Northern
Ireland, has appointed Sam Davidson (pictured) as HR director. Davidson has
previous HR experience with Nortel Networks, Northern Ireland Electricity and
PricewaterhouseCoopers.

THB Group, the international broking and risk management group, has
appointed Corinne Hepworth to the board as group HR
director. Her appointment forms part of the company’s restructuring to support
future development and business growth plans.
