Supply chain management company TDG has made Annette Capper HR director, development. Capper was previously TDG’s head of resourcing and learning. She will be responsible for learning and development, resourcing (including recruitment) and HR administration.

James Emery has joined Welsh energy supplier Swalec as HR and recruitment manager. Emery will manage the HR team and lead the recruitment drive. He was previously Group HR manager at the Euro Foods Group.
Kier Support Services (KSS) has appointed Steve Iles as recruitment services manager. Iles and his team will co-ordinate advertising and agency usage and collate candidate details. He has spent the past seven years managing his own recruitment company.
