On the move: John Hubner, Andrew Groves, Olivia Parrish

Alexander Forbes Financial Services has appointed John Hubner as HR director. Hubner joins from Legal & General, where he was head of HR for sales, protection and annuities. His will manage the delivery of effective HR practice across Alexander Forbes in the UK, focusing on performance management and learning and development.

Andrew Groves has joined Yell, international directories business, as head of national resourcing for the UK. He will lead a team of resourcing specialists, and will report to Yell’s UK head of HR. Groves was previously with Reed Business Information, where he was head of recruitment.

Regional business advisers Cooper Parry have appointed Olivia Parrish as head of HR. She will provide best practice advice and HR support to the firm. She was previously head of learning and development at Nations Healthcare.
