On the move: Judith Smith, Craig Jones, Colin Chisholm

Judith Smith has joined the Driver, Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) as HR and estates director. Smith was previously with the Audit Commission, where she was area performance lead. She will be responsible for 220 HR and estates staff.

Craig Jones has joined Barclays Wealth as head of diversity. Jones was previously head of the LGBT (Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender) inclusion programme at the Ministry of Defence (and head of the LGBT community in the armed forces).

Communications solutions deliverers FST have appointed Colin Chisholm as HR manager. Chisholm was formerly head of HR with State Street Edinburgh. One of his key tasks with FST will be to put in place the infrastructure needed to develop make the organisation truly performance and learning-focused.
