Marketing agency Iris Worldwide has appointed former BT head of organisational development and design, Kathryn Pritchard, to the newrole of global talent director.Her remit will include board level recruitment, building world-class regional management capability and leadership development across the network.

Glasgow 2014, the organising committee (OC) for the 2014 Commonwealth Games, has appointed Bill Mitchell head of HR. He will be responsible for building an HR function to develop and implement the people strategy. Mitchell is former director of HR at law firm Dundas & Wilson.
