Fleet management company Lloyds TSB Autolease has appointed Sue Lincoln as head of HR. Lincoln will be responsible for the division’s HR department. She has been with the Lloyds TSB Group since 1995, where her most recent role was senior business partner, wealth management.

Simon Sharkey is joining BP as a resourcing manager for their digital and communications technology business, having been resource centre manager for Profiles Resource Management. Sharkey will be looking after the resourcing and attraction of IT and technical staff.
Deborah Lacide has joined The Authentic Food Company as HR manager. Lacide was previously with Boots The Chemist as regional and area HR manager, and will be developing the business’s HR structure.
