Tony Kavanagh has been appointed HR manager at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Trust. He joined the Trust in November from outsourcing provider Hyder Business Services, having previously worked in the NHS in Lincolnshire.
The Rialto Consultancy, which deals with transition and change management, has appointed two new people to oversee growth in two key areas. Nick Chapman will head up the company’s change consulting and business performance coaching practices, while Peter Coles will be responsible for the outplacement and career transition practice.
Liz Phillips is changing roles at pub and restaurant chain Mitchells & Butlers. Previously HR manager, policy and employee relations, she will become operational HR manager responsible for the firm’s bars and venues brands.
