OrgPlus brings Norfolk County Council’s HR data to life

by Personnel Today 2 Apr 2009
by Personnel Today 2 Apr 2009

Norfolk County Council brought their HR data to life for its 30,000 employees with OrgPlus, the leading workforce modelling and visualisation solution from HumanConcepts.

OrgPlus enables the HR team and managers greater accessibility and transparency to the workforce data held in its Oracle HRMS, aiding them with:

  • Validation of data held in the HRMS

  • Facilitating more efficient processes for management of vacant positions

  • Modern Reward Strategy activities

“OrgPlus Enterprise workforce modelling tool adds value by bringing the data held in Norfolk’s Oracles HRM solution to life through visualisation in organisational charts,” commented Rob Hammond from the HR Efficiency Unit at Norfolk County Council.

“OrgPlus has given us the ability to improve HR data quality and make better workforce decisions.”

OrgPlus, named Top HR Product of 2008 by Human Resource Executive magazine, proactively manages workforce change by combining the proven benefits of visualisation with advanced modelling technology.

The solution enables customers to efficiently update and track key workforce metrics and identify when and where organisational change is needed to keep pace with new initiatives.

OrgPlus equips management with accurate workforce information and up-to-date employee data and analytics.

By putting information in the hands of those who manage employees, the solution facilitates better workforce communication and decision making.

OrgPlus integrates seamlessly with the Council’s Oracle HRM solution, providing users with the most current data.

“Norfolk County Council has integrated OrgPlus charts into their core business process – from service and budget planning to vacancy control and staff appraisals. Thus, demonstrating how OrgPlus can add value across the breadth of the Council,” commented Scott Jenkins, Director of EMEA West at HumanConcepts.
