This has changed since last year, when bonus and incentive schemes were
cited by 54.6 per cent as top priority.
When the statistics are broken down further, nearly two-thirds of public
sector bodies surveyed are concerned about grading structures for the year
ahead, while bonus and incentive schemes seem twice as likely to preoccupy
private sector HR managers than those in the public sector. Â www.irsemploymentreview.com
