Liam Dolan is the new head of retail training and development for Bourne
Leisure, the company that operates Haven, British Holidays, Butlins and Warner
Hotel brands. In his new role, Dolan will oversee the development of all staff
and management working in the retail, bar and catering divisions. He has
previously worked for the Walt Disney Corporation and Japanese retailer,
Uniqlo.

Crime Concern has appointed Tracy Madgwick (pictured) as its new HR manager,
based at the organisation’s Swindon headquarters. Madgwick will be responsible
for developing best practice employment and staffing development procedures
within the organisation. Before joining Crime Concern, she spent 10 years
working within local government and four years in the private sector working
with Rolls-Royce and Marks & Spencer.
Wendy Doherty has joined retailer Matalan as people manager and takes up
responsibility for all people issues within the buying and merchandising
functions. Doherty is also working as a business partner with the supply chain
and buying directors. She joins from Fujitsu Services where she was an HR
adviser. Prior to that, she worked within HR at Adidas (UK) and Air 2000.
