Ann Macintyre has been appointed director of workforce at Guy’s and St Thomas’s NHS Foundation Trust. Macintyre was previously HR director at Barts and The London NHS Trust, and will oversee the HR function as three NHS trusts and a university partner are brought together to form an academic health sciences centre.

Sarah Webb has been promoted to HR director at Stiles Harold Williams, following three years there as HR manager. She will be responsible for all HR matters, and will report to the managing director, in addition to co-ordinating a forum for HR professionals in the property sector.
Beacons Business Interiors has appointed Jeff Lee as compliance manager. He will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety policies within the company, and for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. He previously worked for a local health and safety consultancy, where he specialised in manufacturing, construction and retail.
