The judge will look for imaginative examples of career management by the HR team working in conjunction with others in the business.
Entries should explain what action has been taken for specific groups of employees and why this was necessary. Finalists will be clear about how career development fits in with their HR strategy and organisational goals. Evidence of a systematic approach to consulting employees about competencies and identifying and developing talent are all relevant.
