This category recognises the HR teams that have successfully created an HR shared services function or outsourced part or all of the HR function to a third party. Entries should explain the significant contribution this shift has made to the organisation with minimum risk.
The judge will look for the delivery of efficiencies and/or improved quality of service, and for proof of measurement. They will also look for innovative use of technology that maximises benefits to all the users, clear vision of the desired outcomes, agreements with key stakeholders and the professional handling of people, pre- and post-implementation.
