Royal Mail has stopped the pay of hundreds of postal worker who refuse to pick up the extra work created by 63,000 job cuts, the Daily Mirror has reported.

According to the report, union leaders have said that Royal Mail told staff to take on the extra work even if it means working longer hours to deliver all the mail.
Delivery staff who refuse to carry out the extra duties are having their pay stopped until they accept the changes, the unions reportedly said.
