Professor Binna Kandola receives OBE in 2008 Honours List

Professor Rajvinder Singh Kandola, also known as Professor Binna Kandola, has been awarded an OBE in the Queen’s New Year Honours List for his services to disadvantaged people and to diversity in the workplace, as a member of the National Employment Panel.

Professor Kandola is acknowledged as a leading expert in the field of diversity, assessment and development, working with a variety of public and private sector clients for over 20 years.

In addition, he is an established Chartered Occupational Psychologist, as well as a Senior Partner and the co-founder of business psychologist consultancy, Pearn Kandola.

Professor Kandola is the co-author of several books, one of which – “Managing the Mosaic”, won a Special Commendation at the 1994 Management Book of the Year Awards.
