To the person who finds it ironic that HR is entrusted with the diversity agenda (Have a Rant, Personnel Today, 15 May): don’t they realise that diversity is about how we can genuinely accept all others, regardless of ethnicity, preferences, etc, and the great things that can happen when we do. That includes white, middle-class, middle-aged Daily Mail-reading women.
