Right Management harnesses online technology to launch innovative outplacement support tool

by Personnel Today 2 Jun 2010
by Personnel Today 2 Jun 2010

Right Management announces the launch of RightEverywhere – a new online extension of its leading outplacement service – linking users to global career opportunities and lasting professional connections.

Users can benefit from all of Right Management’s expertise including assessment tools, advice on self-employment, tips on salary negotiations and CV-development with the added advantages of a fully integrated, online service which can be accessed at anytime and anywhere. A unique partnership with LinkedIn means that RightEverywhere users have access to Right Management’s exclusive business communities and international jobs board. The facility of a peer-to-peer network means RightEverywhere users can connect with and support each other.

Right Management’s Managing Director Jayne Carrington, says: “As the largest outplacement provider in UK we continually strive to evolve our outplacement services to meet the needs of our candidates. We remain absolutely committed to our programme of ongoing innovation, which helps to ensure our candidates get the best in class tools to help with their job search in an increasingly competitive market.”

“Though face-to-face coaching remains a fundamental element of what we do, we recognise the value of technology to allow everyone the freedom to work to his or her own timetable. Leaving a job and finding a new one is often a stressful process and having that flexibility and being armed with the right tools is the key to a successful career transition.”
