Roffey Park launches free guide on how to design and facilitate learning

Called Designing and Facilitating Learning, the new guide shows how to identify and meet learning needs, in an organisational development context.  It explains how to create learning interventions which respond to cultural issues and learning styles, how to facilitate, the potential pitfalls of facilitation and how to transfer the learning back to the workplace. 

It also shows how to evaluate learning interventions and how to assess and maintain your effectiveness as a facilitator.
