World-famous engineering company Rolls-Royce is looking for HR business partners to work in its Civil Aerospace division.

According to the job ad, a number of “exciting and challenging” positions are available within its HR function. The company is the world’s number two engine maker, with more than 600 airlines relying on Rolls-Royce power, and global sales of £3.5bn.
Candidates must be “highly driven, resilient and results-orientated”. The company was founded in Manchester in 1904 by Henry Royce and Charles Rolls.
