A school dinner lady who told parents that their child was being bullied has been sacked.
Carol Hill was sacked by Great Tey Primary School, near Colchester in Essex, following a disciplinary hearing.
The school said that she breached pupil confidentiality.
Hill told seven-year-old Chloe David’s parents that their daughter had been tied to a fence by four boys, who had then whipped her with a skipping rope.

Mr and Mrs Hill had been told by the school that Chloe had been injured in an “accident” with a skipping rope.
Headmistress Debbie Crabb said Chloe’s parents had been told about the incident according to the school’s “accident and first aid procedures”, which are now under review, according to the Telegraph.
