Staff move on up by moving out

The figures are contained in the report The Future of Careers, by Linda Holbeche of Roffey Park Institute. Most of those questioned (98 per cent) said they had been working on increasing their “employability” in the past year and regarded themselves as highly marketable. Younger staff, in particular, were found to be alert to the possibility of advancing their career by changing employers.
