StepStone changes game for recruiters and jobseekers with launch of instant-on, web-based Candidate Tracker service

StepStone, a global leader in talent management solutions, has launched a new instant-on web service, Candidate Tracker, which for the first time brings the power of enterprise class recruitment management solutions to companies of all sizes recruiting on a listing-by-listing basis. Candidate Tracker will make life easier for recruiters and hiring managers by automating much of the administration in hiring staff, from posting a new job on multiple online sites to managing the offer process. Candidate Tracker enables customers to purchase web access to functionality previously only available in StepStone’s e-recruitment products on a listing by listing basis, to post listings to multiple job-boards and to manage all responses in one place for a single, fixed fee.

Candidate Tracker also radically improves the job seeking experience for applicants by improving the feedback between recruiter and candidate, automatically keeping them updated on their application progress. This addresses one of the most time consuming and, for the candidate, frustrating, aspects of the recruitment process, especially in challenging times.

Candidate Tracker is available immediately in eight languages both for customers using one of StepStone’s many global jobsites, and for companies looking for a service to help manage all online sources of candidates. Thanks to StepStone’s on-demand Software-as-a-Service technology, Candidate Tracker is a 100% web-based service that you only pay for as and when you use it. It can be turned on with a single click as part of the job listing process, without implementation costs, to deliver unique automation benefits to the recruiter in areas such as multi-site job postings, application tracking, candidate screening and communication. As the demand for using Candidate Tracker to manage all recruiting use increases, it can be simply and seamlessly upgraded to StepStone’s enterprise level e-recruitment solutions, technology that is used by over one thousand of the world’s most successful companies.
