Michael
Moran, executive director for the Penna City initiative commented,"The
importance of employer brands is as true for the City as any other sector. In
the current City employment market, where many firms are being forced to cut
staff numbers, a strong ’employee value proposition’ will be a key factor in
ensuring that they are able to attract the right quality of people back when
they need to."
