With the cost of living crisis and a tight labour market as a result of the great resignation, effective succession planning has never been more important.

Available on-demand

HR’s role is paramount in driving this process to protect the needs of the business and minimise the loss of key talent while identifying future leaders.

In XpertHR’s 60-minute webinar at 11am BST on Tuesday 27 September 2022, our senior global analyst (HR strategy and insights) Laci Loew joins senior HR practice editor Noelle Murphy to lay out:

  • the importance of having enough people with the right skills and leadership potential to step into business-critical positions at the right time;
  • the business case for proactive succession planning within your organisation;
  • what effective succession planning looks like; and
  • the key role that HR plays in driving this business critical initiative.

The webinar included a Q&A session. Available on-demand
