Time to publish ‘worst employers’ list

Your magazine frequently covers stories about how bad recruitment practices can put off potential applicants – especially graduates.


Employers should be encouraged to adopt good recruitment practices for all, not just graduates. I have experienced some disgraceful recruitment practices for non-graduate positions.

There should be a published list of the worst employers, like there is a list of the best. Any employer adopting bad recruitment processes should be named and shamed, in my view.
