Supermarket retailer Budgens is sending all its management trainees into
schools to help them build people and communication skills.
The group has added a creative element to its Retail Management Training
Programme, designed to increase the skillset of its fast-track candidates.
Staff on the latest course have built a sensory garden and creative play
area for pupils at a Derbyshire school, and have founded strong links with the
local community.
