Human resource management is an exciting, dynamic subject that opens a wide range of career opportunities for both general managers and human resource specialists. This degree carries Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) exemption from the Core Management field of the CIPD Professional Qualification.
A total of 24 module credits is required (8 in yr 1)

Professional qualification
We are an approved centre of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and you may gain exemption from the Institute’s Core Management field by taking and passing certain specific human resource management modules. We are currently seeking full exemption from the whole of the CIPD Professional Standards.
