Training company Verridian triumphed this week[1], when it was crowned ‘Training Company of the year’ at the IITT’s annual awards ceremony, the IT Training Awards 2011, for the second year running.
The mobile training specialist that counts Carphone Warehouse, 02 and Nokia among its customers was recognised for its immersive approach to training, which utilises the art of storytelling to help its customers drive ‘consultative sales’.
Verridian was also commended for its ability to demonstrate tangible return on investment for customers, through metrics such as increased volume of sales and customer retention.
Marcus Dacombe, marketing director at Verridian believes that the key to the company’s success is its ability to foster long term relationships with clients and work with them to develop training at the strategic level.
“We pride ourselves on working in partnership with customers to deliver training in a way that delivers results you can measure. We believe that this has set us apart from other entrants.
Dacombe continues, “To be recognised by your peers in the industry is humbling. And to be singled out two years running is staggering. This is real accolade for our team – a talented and driven group of individuals who deliver results for clients time and time again.”
