Information stored in India is cheaply available, so there is little confidentiality for starters. There’s also the ever-growing number of people like myself who believe that if a UK business won’t support UK workers, than as a UK worker, I won’t support that business.

I often hang up when I suspect that a call is from an offshored site. Likewise, I leave as a client if I suspect that an organisation offshores.
