Wright Solutions, the Midlands’ leading training and HR recruitment specialists, are reflecting on the overwhelming response the company received at the recent HR Directors Business Summit.
Held in Birmingham between 29th and 30th January, the prestigious event was attended by over 300 senior HR executives representing many of Europe’s leading organisations.
Wright Solutions exhibited and took the opportunity to promote their unique range of training and recruitment services.
In addition, Wright Solutions used the Summit as the launch pad for their Business Survival Guides.
A brand new initiative, the free Survival Guides are written by leading experts in their fields.
They provide invaluable strategic advice and will help HR executives formulate best-in-class solutions to some of their most burning issues.
Jon Terry, Operations Director at Wright Solutions explained “for us, the event was a resounding success. Our jungle themed stand attracted hundreds of visitors with whom we were able to discuss a number of HR, recruitment and training related topics”.
Terry continued “we also launched our first two Business Survival Guides – “HR and its Role in Innovation” and “Creating the Right HR Team’ with both being extremely well received. The majority of the 300 delegates requested copies and will now be able to use the information provided to improve their own planning and performance”.
In between talking to delegates, Wright Solutions were invited to provide a workshop at the 2009 HR Directors Business Summit.
The company has extensive experience in hosting innovative events, having successfully spearheaded the launch and development of HR think tank ‘The Hub’ and the Training Managers series of breakfast forums.

Paul Wright, Managing Director added “we are delighted to have generated so much interest. It is equally pleasing though to have been asked to host a workshop next year. The interactive workshop will demonstrate how HR professionals can overcome a major challenge and we are already looking forward to delivering it and working with delegates”.
