Wright Solutions strengthens strategic training with Fifty Lessons

by Personnel Today 21 Sep 2007
by Personnel Today 21 Sep 2007

Wright Solutions, the Midlands’ leading training and HR recruitment specialists, have enhanced their range of strategic training services, announcing a major new partnership with Fifty Lessons – the digital video business library.

The agreement will see Wright Solutions become an official distributor for over 500 short videos produced by Fifty Lessons. These videos provide invaluable advice on how executives within organisations such as KPMG, Halifax Bank of Scotland, Allied Domecq, Orange and BSKYB have successfully tackled their own business issues.

The real benefit of the new partnership will be an extension of Wright Solutions’ highly successful blended learning offering. Paul Wright, managing director explained, “At Wright Solutions, we have established a reputation for delivering extremely effective bespoke training. The partnership with Fifty Lessons extends our range of blended learning solutions and means that we can now integrate their products with our existing bespoke, customised and open courses.

“The flexibility of the new service will though be the key. If, for instance a company wishes to take its middle to senior executives through a training programme, any number or combination of videos can be downloaded to an intranet or central server.

“These can then be made available to delegates before, during or after structured training using the internet, PCs, mobile phones, iPods or handheld devices. As such, training both inside and outside of the ‘classroom’ can be strengthened in order to improve ongoing professional development”.

James Reed, Sales Director at Fifty Lessons added “We are extremely excited about the partnership with Wright Solutions and very much look forward to working with them. There is a natural synergy between our organisations and Wright Solutions has a history of delivering innovative executive training.

“The agreement therefore provides the perfect opportunity for managers and executives to optimise their own performance by listening to the ways in which senior business leaders have addressed key management issues in some of the world’s most prestigious companies”.
