The
Recruitment Confidence Index (RCI) is a quarterly survey which tracks predicted
trends in recruitment confidence and associated employment areas.
Produced
by Cranfield School of Management and The Daily Telegraph in association
with Personnel Today, the findings are highly valued by the recruitment
community, the business and economic world.
If
you are an HR or recruitment professional, we need you to give us your views to
help us predict the future for recruitment by telling us what’s happening in
your own business.
Your
replies will be treated in strict confidence and the published data will be
aggregated and reported without mentioning the names of people or organisations
participating.
In
exchange for your support, you will be entered into a prize draw for a
two-night break at a charging 100 year old hotel in the historic city of Lille
in France*.
All
respondents will also receive a complimentary copy of the RCI report, available
to non-participants at a cost of £50.
