Most lawyers probably aren’t that familiar with the likes of YouTube, but Richard Kenyon, employment partner at Field Fisher Waterhouse, has joined the online revolution by posting two videos about diversity and equality on the popular site.
Kenyon decided to post the two seven-minute videos after publishing a book for HR professionals on the subject, Promoting Equality and Diversity: A Practitioner’s Guide. The videos feature several interviews with leading diversity and equality figures, including Francesca Klug OBE from the Equality & Human Rights Commission and Michael Rubenstein, publisher of the journal Equal Opportunities Review.

“We were keen to promote our new book to a wider audience and promote the importance of equality and diversity in the workplace. We were also the first law firm to launch a virtual office in Second Life,” Kenyon says.
