A journal focusing on workplace behavioural health has produced a useful survey of 82 employee assistance programme (EAP) providers, giving details of staffing, customers, business management and development and the tools and metrics employed.
Comparisons are also presented for different providers according to market size, country and pricing models, suggesting wide variation in practice.
