On the move: Sue Butcher, Jim Newell, Suzanna Garnett

Sue Butcher has been appointed HR director at Remploy, having been interim HR director there since August 2008. Butcher will sit on the executive board. She will be responsible for ensuring that Remploy has a flexible and responsive people strategy.

Jim Newell has joined standards assessor BSI Group as group HR director. Newell joins from TI Automotive, where he spent the past eight years as global HR and communications director. He will be responsible for directing BSI’s HR activities across the 120 countries in which it operates.

Technology specialist DeepStream Technologies has recruited Suzanna Garnett as HR manager. Garnett will be responsible for putting together the company’s HR strategy and aligning it with overall business strategy. She was previously with Matalan as senior HR manager for retail.
